What if I perform the show, but the client requests a refund?
● Our support team will contact you to confirm if the service was not provided
● If you provided the service, we will ask for screenshots of your conversation with the customer, please include the call time and date
● As a practice of precaution, we suggest keeping screenshots of your shows, just the conversation, and showtime, for at least 30 days in the event, the customer requests a refund at a later time.
